These terms apply to your use of the Killer Klips desktop app. By using Killer Klips, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

YouTube

Killer Klips uses YouTube API Services. By using Killer Klips to upload to YouTube, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Using the app

You may use Killer Klips to create and publish clips from content you have the right to use. You are responsible for your accounts and for following the rules of the services you connect, including Twitch, Kick, YouTube and any AI service.

Your content

Your videos and projects remain yours. You are responsible for what you create and publish, including the rights to any footage, music or other material in it. Killer Klips uploads a clip only after you approve it, and you should check it first.

AI results

AI suggestions, captions and titles can be wrong or miss moments. Review them before you publish.

Other services

Connected services are run by other companies under their own terms. Killer Klips does not control them and cannot guarantee that they stay available, or how they classify or treat your uploads.

No warranty

Killer Klips is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Killer Klips is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost footage, data, revenue or account access arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You can stop using Killer Klips at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling the app.
